Have you ever stood between two teams and knew you wouldn’t be picked? Doesn’t it seem like the richest, prettiest, strongest, and smartest are always the ones to get ahead? But not with Jesus. He chose the lowly, the humble, the outcasts, and the poor to join Him—normal people with normal problems. His upside-down approach shows clearly that we are chosen, not because of something great about us, but because He is good and powerful, and THAT is GREAT news for us all!
